Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with QIANYZHENG! We ship all orders from our warehouses in the United States and strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (free on orders over $49)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
4. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49
- Flat rate $5.99 for orders under $49
- Expedited and Express rates are calculated at checkout
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your QIANYZHENG account.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are happy to assist you with filing a claim if needed.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
